Ich finde den Support sehr gut. Und die Website und der gesamte Verkaufsprozess ist für mich jetzt viel einfacher. Ich muss kein Angebot, keine Rechnung etc. mehr selbst schreiben. Und vor allem, wird die die Zahlung per SEPA für meine Abo-modelle "überwacht" und ich bekomme 1 x im Monat eine Sammel-Rechnung. Nicht hundert einzelne. War eine ganz wichtige Entscheidung !

I have not experienced any unexpected holds or unexplained delays, which has made it much easier to plan around payroll, advertising, and other operating expenses. Knowing that funds will arrive when they’re supposed to gives me confidence to keep scaling my campaigns and offers through their platform.

The payments are being collected, the support responds quickly, and with the new dunning portal, Cope has surpassed everyone in my opinion.
